During our time together, we welcome and greatly value customer feedback, as it allows us to ensure we continuously improve our guests'experience. Knowing that our guests feel taken care of, and heard, is very important to us. 

After each stay, we ask our participants to kindly provide some feedback through a customer satisfaction survey, which we share with our team members.
